1.When install the gear motor, attention should be paid to the central axis of transmission.The error is not more than the amount of compensation for the use of couplings, If it's good that can prolong the service life, and get a good transmission efficiency.

2.When mounted on the output shaft on  transmission parts, are not allowed to use a hammer percussion,usually use the assembly jig and the shaft end of inner screw,  pressed into the driving piece with bolt.Otherwise it may cause the damage of internal parts in gear motor.

3.Gear motor should be stable installated  in the stable base, oil  can be remove, and cold air circulation can cycle fluent.

4.In accordance with  the mounting device to ensure that the staff can conveniently close to the standard oil, the vent plug and oil drain plug.After mounting,should be check the accuracy and reliability to ensure  flexible rotate after installation.Gear motor with oil pool splash lubrication,  the user will vent plug removed, replaced with ventilation plug before running.

After a certain period of time the gear motor operation,should be  to check gearbox oil level regularly to prevent possible leaks.For example, temperature is too low or too high, are likely to affect the gear motor using.Then according to the different temperature to select different speed motor products.
