松下电器（中国）有限公司成立于1994年，并于2002年实现了独资，主要负责开展家电和系统商品的批发和售后服务活动。作为中国地区投资性公司，松下电器（中国）有限公司还负责开展人才培养、财务、法务、环境保护、知识产权等统括和支援活动。
