  Shenzhen zhaowei and national rubber and plastic moulds engineering research center formed a strategic alliance,and built a " micro precision injection molding and mould injection base",which is the first domestic enterprise combined with research study,also is a research center which combination of industry-university and practice.“center " is a research and development institutions which is specilized  in mould and rubber products molding technology .           

   "Center" has the mold building area of 8100㎡,equipped with R&D development,Industry development,Experimental Test Center,Academic exchange center,Technology training department,Market service department and so on.:Center" was established in 1999 in Henan Zheng Gong rubber mold National Engineering Research Center Co Ltd

   to accommodate the requirements of the vast market.With a processing base 3150㎡,equipped with three workshop such as : mould making,injection molding and extrusion process.And with advanced processing equipment.Now there has more than 50 sets mould processing and the plastic molding equipment such as: precision CNC,wire cutting,CNC Milling,injection machine,double-screw extruder,three coordinate measuring machine and other equipment  and more than 20 sets measuring equipment such as:rheometer,differential thermal analyzer,material testing machine,infrared spectrometric analyzer 16 sets workstation and 30 sets CAD/CAE/CAM.
